Steps:
- Access the Brink POS portal: https://admin20.brinkpos.net/Home/Dashboard/ and log in with your credentials.
- Select “Configuration” then “Settings Editor”
- If you operate multiple restaurants, select which location you would like to change from the dropdown list in the upper left side of the navigation menu.
- Select “Items” from the menu on the left side of the screen
- This will take you to a database of all the items in your restaurant, simply select the search bar and type the name of the item you wish to change. For this example, we will change the price of the “Single Cod Slider.”
- Double click the price of the item you wish to change and enter the desired price.
- At the top of the page, you will now see the following alert:
- Once you have completed a change, select the “Save” button at the top of the screen. If you have additional changes you wish to make repeat steps 5-8 until all the desired changes have been made.
- A dialogue menu will now appear each time you select “Save” with a “Notes” section, A&W highly recommends adding what changes you made in this section for future reference, as shown below.
- Once all the changes have been made and saved, you will need to select the “Publish” button next to the save button. NOTE: Publishing will restart your POS immediately, publish at a time that is convenient to your restaurant.
- If you operate multiple restaurants, you will return to step 3 and repeat this process for each location.
