Steps:
1. Access the Olo Dashboard: www.my.olo.com and log in with your credentials.
2. On the sidebar, find and select the "Orders" tab.
3. From this page, you can search for an order by using several different parameters. We have found that using the "Lookup by Order ID or the "Search by Time Frame option yields the best results.
4. After locating the order, open the order details by clicking on the blue order ID number. From this window, you will have two options:
- "Refund Order" - Selecting this option will allow you to refund the entire order, provided you list a reason for the refund.
- "Other Actions" - Selecting this option will open a drop-down menu allowing you to adjust the subtotal to give partial refunds. From the "Adjust Subtotal" menu, you can change the subtotal, the tax, and the delivery fee if applicable. Once you enter the new price, and add a reason for the refund, hit submit and the refund will be processed.
