How to update/change hours on OLO

1. Log on to the OLO Dashboard

2. Navigate to the Left tab and select settings> Store Hours

3. Select Store hours

 

 

                                                      

4. Set your store hours for Business, dine in, dine-in (If applicable)

** Business hours will flow automatically to integrated Delivery service providers

                                        

 

 

 

How to update hours in case of an emergency:

 

In case of sever weather, store emergency, disable your store to make sure orders are not coming through OLO or Delivery.

  1. Navigate to the settings tab under on the dashboard. 
  2. Select enable/disable store
  3. Select store and fill out internal reason
  4. Select the time period for the closing
  5. Click disable store

     

 

 

 

 

How to Adjust Your Delivery Hours

 

**The Rails hours on your Store hours screen will show you what hours your delivery partners use. Some franchise Partners prefer to cut off OLO orders 15-60 minutes in advance.**

To set this cutoff and adjust your delivery hours….


  1. Navigate to Rails hours 
  2.  Copy From Business Hours
  3.  Change the time and click save
