How to update/change hours on OLO
Log on to the OLO Dashboard
Navigate to the Left tab and select Settings> Store Hours
Select Store hours
How to update hours in case of an emergency:
In case of severe weather or a store emergency, disable your store to ensure orders are not coming through OLO or Delivery.
- Navigate to the settings tab on the dashboard.
- Select enable/disable store
- Select store and fill out the internal reason
- Select the period for the closing
- Click disable store
